LIAM ROCHE
Co-founder and head of athlete placement, Liam Roche is a former student-athlete at Trevecca University (Nashville, Tennessee). Liam grew up playing soccer in England before receiving a soccer scholarship to attend university in America. (NCAA)
Liam has over 5 years of experience within athlete placement and management with one of the top UK agencies and has worked in the UK, US & AUS.
Liam graduated from Trevecca University with a BSc in Exercise & Sports Science. Prior to the U.S, he played youth football within the Rushden & Diamonds setup, as well as spells with Northampton Town, Leicester City and Corby Town. Liam originally pursued an NCAA soccer scholarship in the U.S with Muskingum University, before transferring to Trevecca in 2014. He achieved several academic honours including Dean's List 2014, 2015 & 2016.
Liam has also completed the ‘Young Apprentice Programme’, which provided him with the skills and leadership qualities for coaching and mentoring young people through sport.

Carra Mattocks
Carra Mattocks joins PlaySport Agency and takes up the role of Head of Women's Football and our FIFA licensed Agent. Cara is from the United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and is currently completing a Masters in Law. Cara has also worked within the football industry in England, most recently with Leicester City FC.

RYAN HOGAN
Co-founder and head of athlete recruitment, Ryan Hogan is a former student athlete at Trevecca University in Nashville, Tennessee. Ryan grew up playing soccer in Ireland before receiving a soccer scholarship to attend Trevecca University (NCAA).
During his four years playing in Nashville, Ryan received many accolades for both his athletic and academic accomplishments, including twice being voted the G-Mac conference player of the week. Ryan graduated in 2016 with a BSc in Exercise & Sports Science and a minor in Sports Management. After graduating, Ryan went on to play semi-professional soccer in Ireland and Australia with teams such as Cobh Ramblers FC, Stirling Lions FC, Inglewood United FC and Fremantle City FC.
Ryan’s passion is to help more young athletes understand the opportunities they have in their given sport. With his experience playing abroad, Ryan is fully emersed in helping athletes receive the life-changing opportunities he received in 2013. "My passion is to help the development of young athletes - providing them with opportunities both locally and abroad through sport & academics."

PlaySports is a unique sports agency, assisting athletes who want to play and/or study abroad. We assist athletes in acquiring scholarships to the US, as well as providing opportunities to play professional or semi-professional soccer overseas.
Our team of coaches are former athletes, having trained in the USA, Australia, UK and Ireland, which enables us to provide first-hand experiences and advice. With a large network of coaches across the world, the opportunities we can offer to our athletes are unrivalled.
PlaySports is all about the relationships we build with each athlete as they set off on life-changing experiences. We will mentor each athlete and guide them through the process step by step. PlaySports offers continued aftercare services to ensure our athletes are supported in their transition to their new sporting environment.
Our team offer consultations, which are personalized and tailored to each individual athlete, depending on their experience and goals. This will allow our coaches to best assess athletes’ skills and abilities and match them to potential clubs or universities.
Our PlaySport Science department also offers services to athletes which includes; sports nutrition plans, pre season, off season and in season strength & conditioning plans.
